‍We are a software development company with presence across Latin America, specialized in staff augmentation for clients around the world, mainly in North America. We are looking to add an Administration & Operations Coordinator to our team to manage key processes and support our operations in the region.Schedule & Location:Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on-site at our office located in the WTC, Montevideo.What you’ll do

• Manage hardware purchases and shipments across different Latin American countries.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and customs procedures.
• Handle administration and payments to local and international vendors.
• Organize events and request quotes.
• Process payroll and banking operations in Uruguay and the United States.
• Keep the office supplied and in good condition.
• Coordinate team members’ travel arrangements.
• Support the occupational risk prevention plan.
• Communicate with vendors and colleagues via phone, email, or instant messaging.

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency with office tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel).
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Intermediate written English.
• Nice to have: experience with international payments, intermediate-advanced English, or intermediate Portuguese.
