What 2025 meant for Devlane: A year of growth and innovation

As 2025 comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on a year that marked a significant turning point for Devlane.
It was a year of growth: not just in numbers, but in maturity. A year where we strengthened our foundations, expanded our reach, and sharpened our vision for the future. Most importantly, it was a year driven by people: our team, our partners, and our clients who continue to trust us as part of their journey.
Let’s take a look at some of the key moments that defined Devlane in 2025.
Growing across borders
This year, our team grew to more than 140 Laners (team members), supported by a talent network that now exceeds 70,000 professionals across Latin America. We also expanded our geographic footprint to 15 countries, welcoming Honduras and El Salvador into our growing ecosystem.
Beyond numbers, this growth reflects one of our core strategies: our ability to attract, retain, and empower engineering talent while building long-term relationships grounded in trust and transparency.
We also continued significantly strengthening our presence in Colombia and Brazil, where our teams are growing steadily and playing a key role in Devlane’s regional expansion.

New look, same purpose
One of the most meaningful milestones of 2025 was our rebrand. This was not a surface-level change, it was a strategic evolution. A way to more clearly express who Devlane is today after years of growth and collaboration with our clients.
Through this process, we sharpened our value proposition to fully embrace what we’ve worked hard to become: a 360° staffing partner. Today, we support our clients end to end: from talent acquisition and retention to payroll, compliance, hardware logistics, and ongoing operational support. This model reflects the depth of our partnerships and the responsibility we take on as an extension of our clients’ teams.
Our refreshed brand and new website bring this evolution to life.
Strengthening our presence in the U.S.
Being close to our clients and partners is what matters most to us. That belief is at the core of how we work, and it’s why in-person connection remains a priority for Devlane, even in a remote-first world.
Throughout 2025, our sales and executive team traveled to the United States year-round, collaborating face-to-face with clients and partners across key tech hubs such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
We participated in major industry pillars including San Francisco and Los Angeles Tech Week, and hosted several in-person meetups that reinforced our growing presence in the US with leading companies.
On a personal note, having lived over 15 years in Las Vegas and since moving to Latin America and having worked with US companies for over 20 years, I know very well just how important it is to really understand who it is you’re doing business with and get the opportunity to meet face-to-face. These conversations and shared experiences are what turn initial agreements into long-term partnerships.

Expanding across industries
Throughout 2025, we continued supporting companies across a wide range of industries, including supply chain, entertainment, consumer electronics, retail, fintech, and hospitality. This diversity is not a happy coincidence; our business model, experience and primary investments are predicated on this versatility. We’ve built a base that allows us to adapt our teams and delivery model to different business challenges, verticals, and stages of growth.
That said, we saw strong expansion in healthtech, partnering with multiple mid-size and enterprise organizations. These companies range from providing software related to clinical systems, mental health platforms, patient engagement platforms, pharmaceutical compliance platforms, among others.
This year also marked an important step in strengthening our track record of success cases, adding new examples of some of our most recent and successful projects.

Innovation from the inside out
2025 was also a year of operational innovation. We accelerated our internal use of AI to improve processes and efficiency, including the launch of Lainey, our internal AI assistant designed to support Laners 24/7 by answering questions and streamlining internal workflows.
On the client side, we continued expanding our capabilities by providing AI and ML engineers, helping companies build and scale advanced, data-driven solutions.
We also officially rolled out our Talent Portal, a platform designed to bring greater transparency, speed, and visibility to the hiring process. Through it, our clients can easily review candidate profiles, track hiring stages, and collaborate with our team in real time, making team building more efficient, informed, and seamless.
Raising the bar on security and compliance
Finally, we’re proud to have updated our ISO 27001 certification from the 2017 standard to ISO 27001:2022, following a successful audit. This update keeps us aligned with the latest international security standards and reinforces our commitment to data protection, compliance, and operational excellence.
