Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst

Main responsibilities
✔ Identifying and attracting candidates for a variety of roles, including Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Fullstack Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Mobile Engineers.
✔ Independently managing the end-to-end selection process, aligning with the company and client's needs and timelines.
✔ Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process by establishing regular points of contact and maintaining strong follow-up.
✔ Collaborating in the design and implementation of the overall hiring strategy.
What do we require from you?
✔ A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, focusing on LATAM profiles.
✔ Prior experience with ATS management, preferably with JazzHR.
✔ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or, alternatively, proficiency in Boolean searches.
✔ Familiar with sourcing tools like GitHub, job portals, and social networks.
✔ Advanced English proficiency to conduct complete interviews in the language.
✔ Experience working with external consulting firms.
