What's the role about?

As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on building scalable software designed to integrate solutions for different companies. We're seeking candidates with over 3 years of software engineering experience, more than 2 years in an engineering management role or similar, and who are highly proficient in leading teams with strong communication skills. A passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional results is essential, along with the confidence to guide and inspire others.

What do we require from you?

• Minimum 3 years experience as a software engineer.
• 2+ years experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead.
• Ability to manage multiple project and teams at once.
• Scrum Master or similar certification.
• Experience with Typescript/Node.js or React technology is a plus.
