Content Marketing Manager

We are Devlane, a nearshore software development company headquartered in Uruguay with presence across all of LATAM. We are devoted to finding the best tech talent in Latin America and extending our client’s internal development teams via a staff augmentation model in the United States and Canada.

At Devlane, we’re looking to add a Content Manager that will bring their expertise to the table and can take ownership of it by developing, maintaining, or modifying the company's existing strategy.

Your main responsibility will be:

• Develop the social media calendars, copies and supervise the creative process with our internal digital designer for our channels, including Meta platforms (oriented to brand employment) and LinkedIn (with B2B focus).

Subsequent responsibilities are:

• Write/Create success cases by interviewing our engineers and managers that will be displayed on our website.
• Write/Create presentations for our commercial team to use with our leads/prospects.
• Co-select content to be generated for our corporate blog each month to boost our SEO strategy and seek freelance writers to fulfill the task.

What kind of experience we’re looking for:

• A university degree in business administration, marketing, journalism, or any related fields.
• At least three years in a content generation role in a B2B environment.
• Advanced English, specifically in written form. We primarily work in the North American market.
• Ability to take ownership of the company's content, working autonomously and proposing new ideas to be implemented into our strategy.
• Ideally, someone who’s worked in communication for the IT industry, particularly anything related to software development or outsourcing, and familiarized with terms surrounding our business.

This role will report directly to Devlane’s Marketing Manager, who will be your support during your journey with our brand. We are looking for someone based in Argentina.
